Any and all changes to existing orders must be submitted in writing to sales@turfer.com, addi-tional editing and or restocking fees may apply. Changes made within 60 days of a pre-book ship date will not be accommodated.

We are always more than happy to provide a sample for you to review or use for sizing purpos-es. When you order a sample, your account will be memo invoiced. This memo invoice will remain for 30 days. If your sample is not returned within this time frame, you will be obligated to pay the gross amount of this invoice in full. However, upon the return of your sample, your account will be cred-ited in full for the gross amount of the invoice.

Shipment Terms -ShipmentsareFOBpointofTurferAthleticdistribution.Truckshipmentsarefreightcollectunlessotherwisespecified.3rdpartyshippingrequestsmustbeclearlystatedoneachorderwiththeappropriateaccountnumber.

Return Policy - Becauseyourproductwascre-atedespeciallyforyou,wecanonlyacceptlimitedreturns.

Damaged/Incorrect ProductsOritemswithmanufacturerdefects,itemspro-ducedincorrectly,oritemsdamagedinshipmentcanbereturnedforreplacementwithin30days.Correctly Produced ProductsWedonotacceptreturnsforcorrectlyproduceditems,orfree/promotionalitemsorderedincor-rectly.
