The Show “Turning Point with Frank MacKay” is a thirty minute television show and a one hour radio talk show currently airing in its first season. The show features guests from a full range of genres, from top entertainers to politicians and artists. Frank MacKay engages America’s politicians, entertainers, business leaders and other newsmakers in one-on-one interviews that delve into the past to reveal significant moments in time that defined their success. The show is energetic, revealing, and probing in its first season. Eddie Money, Al D’Amato, Peter King, Dina Lohan and Bernie Goetz among others sit with Frank and talk about their lives, their ups and downs and those pivotal moments in time that made them who they are today.Each thirty-minute TV show consists of interviewing one guest, which is taped at Out of the Box Studios in New York. The show is “evergreen” and meant to be nationally relevant so that it may be played in any market and at any time.

The hoST Turning Point’s host Frank MacKay’s career in public relations, entertainment and politics spans four decades. In 1985, at the age of 18, he published his first music publication, “Network”, which fast became a hit among music business insiders, musicians and their fans. Throughout the next ten years, MacKay built a significant following in the music industry as a band and club promoter, managing entertainers such as Criss Angel and CJ Ramone. MacKay was always an avid student of politics. In 1992, MacKay became engaged in Ross Perot’s run for the Presidency. In

the year 2000, MacKay became the youngest State Chairman of a political party in New York State history, and has been re-elected as State Chair of the Independence Party of New York six times.

In 2007, MacKay became the Chairman of the Independence Party of America, and currently holds that position as well. MacKay has built a large following on MySpace and presence on Facebook. His official MySpace page has more than 370,000 friends, making it among the top 100 most active in the world. The Independence Party of New York presently has more than 450,000 members and is the fastest growing third party political organization in the nation. It is the largest third party in the history of the United States.

The opporTuniTyTurning Point with Frank MacKay will air every Tuesday at midnight on NBC New York NONSTOP. Carried by all cable systems throughout the metropolitan New York/New Jersey/Connecticut region, NBC New York NONSTOP is a known and trusted brand with a reach of over 6 million households.

In addition to NBC, the show airs on radio every Saturday from 8 AM-9AM on Long Island’s My Country 96.1 FM. More stations and affiliates will soon be announced.
