Set up a new assignment
Ensure that the radio button for ‘Allow Turnitin Submissions’ is highlighted as ‘Yes’

What would the students see?
Staff will not be able to view Turnitin submissions, nor will they be saved in the assignment database.
The only submission available to staff is ones that are saved using ‘Submit assignment
Students are be able to submit a second draft after 24 hours of first submission.

Staff can see which students have been submitting to TurnItIn
Clicking on the green button on the following page will expand to show the title of the submission

Allow plenty of time to download the assignments
Staff can then open www.submit.ac.uk

Click on your module to upload the zip file of all assignments

If your assignment is not listed, click on ‘ADD ASSIGNMENT’ and follow through the steps to add the assignment title, date etc. IMPORTANT: Once you input the basic details, click on ‘Optional settings’ to edit other details such as Exclude bibliography, quoted materials, and small matches.
