Turnstone Drilling considers the occupational health and safety of its employees to be of primary importance, itbelieves that the creation of responsible health and safety culture in all its operations is integral to long-termsuccess
It is Turnstone Drillings policy to strive to eliminate occupational health and safety risks in all its activities andtake an active role in raising the health and safety awareness and responsibility of employees, suppliers,contractors and customers.
For the policy to be implemented, Turnstone Drilling management will:
• Confirm all relevant legislation as a minimum standard
• Ensure that all te establishments have appropriate policies, procedures and facilities so that suchstandards can be achieved
• Implement effective health and safety management and reporting systems
• Promote health and safety awareness and responsibility among all employees, suppliers,contractors, and customers
• Cooperate with all relevant health and safety agencies
• Conduct regular reviews ofconformance to requirements and achievements of objectives at Level.
• Apply the principles of continuous improvement to health and safety performance to achieve thelevels of world best practices.
The Supervisor will:
• Ensure that workers comply with all legislative requirements and company policies and procedures
• Plan the work and assign workers to produce safely
• Ensure that workers understand their duties and are trained
• Take every precaution reasonable for the protection of workers
The worker will:
• Work in compliance with al legislative requirements and company policies andprocedures
• Report to the employer or supervisor any unsafe conditions
• Work in a way that will not endanger their self or others
