What is a TV Drama?
Tv Dramas - are situations that occur in the
characters’ lives which the audience can relate too. The story would follow one or more main character and follow other characters in which they meet in the series.
So what is it?

Comedy Drama - is when humour and jokes
occur in this drama. An example: The Inbetweeners, Franklin &
Bash, Scrubs

Soap Drama: is when dramatic scenes happens
to most of the characters and their trying to solve their own problems.
An example: Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Eastenders

Horror/Thriller Drama: is when scenes of
horrific events or supernatural events. occur in this drama. An example: The Walking Dead, Supernatural

Sci-Fi drama: is when unlikely events occur which
can be scientific, super powered or out of this world events happen to certain characters in space or on another planet.
An example: Heroes, Alphas and Grim

Crime drama - is when violence, drugs and
abuse occur in this drama. It is often perused by a Police officer or an Inspector.
An example: The Bill

Medical Drama: is when the characters work k
in a Hospital or some type of medical sector. Characters are mainly Doctors and nurses.

Period Drama: is a drama which is set in the past rather then the present and shows characters of different backgrounds and interesting events on which happened before. An example: Downtown Abbey, Mr Selfridge
Teen Dramas - is a drama when including
teenagers/older teens as the main characters. It would include arguments, fights or family situations.
An example: 90210, Gossip Girl, Hollyoaks
