Vision ----
To contribute to the Millennium Development Goals in the areas of our operation.
Mission –
To promote among the people of rural Jharkhand sustainable integrated development through partnership and Total Village Management (TVM) that makes a real difference in their lives, creating ownership and igniting initiative and innovation.
This convergence is the P4 Principle of Public-Private-People’s Partnership.
Public – The public sector, along with donors, come forth with project financing.
Private – Corporate bodies and NGOs contribute to project initiation and implementation.
People – The people themselves are empowered, through capacity building, to become ‘owners’ of the
project, undertaking the responsibility to sustain the development process by themselves
We believe in integrated rural development which lies in a convergence of efforts of the Government,
corporate bodies, NGOs, scientific/ research & development and capacity building institutes and, above all,
the community.
The ultimate aim is to develop the selected TVM village in an integrated manner which will include economicdevelopment through Livelihood, financial Inclusion and NRM; Social Development through ResourceMobilization and infrastructure development, Capacity building and market linkages , WomenEmpowerment and other aspects of human development i.e., education, health , drinking water supply etc.
