All Saints Parish Survey
In June you received in the mail and/or email a letter from Fr. Jay asking for your participation in a survey.
In many respects, All Saints is at a crossroads and important decisions need to be made. We want and need
your input to ensure that we get on the right path for our future. We will be greatly appreciative if you could
take a few minutes to complete the survey and return it to the parish office by Monday, June 22.
You may also complete the survey through the App or from the Homepage of the website.
We appreciate your prayers and willingness to support this important effort.

you know someone not baptized or a non-Catholic
Christian searching for something more?

Questions of the Week
First Reading
We hear how the prophet Jeremiah turned to
God as he struggled mentally and emotionally
to remain faithful to his call. When do you find
yourself turning to God in prayer?
Second Reading
Paul speaks of Adam and Christ to describe God’s gift
of salvation to all who believe. What do you find
compelling in Paul’s argument?
Gospel Reading
Jesus forewarns his disciples that following him will
involve risks and even persecution. Where do you
experience risk and/or ridicule as a person of faith?
All Saints Women’s Group
The Women’s Group met last Monday via
Zoom and brainstormed more ways we can
be instruments for God in our parish community.
We shared how rewarding it was to deliver flowers
to our homebound parishioners and meals to our
new parents.
Our mission is to encourage and unite the women of
All Saints Parish to join in prayer, fellowship and to
build a closer relationship with Christ. New members
are always welcome!
Blessing of Fathers
God and Father of all creation, we come
before you today with humble hearts.
You are our model of a loving father.
When we fail and fall short of your
expectations, you are always there at the
end of the day with open arms, ready to
heal the cuts and scrapes of the day and
to encourage us to try again and not to
give up. We hold up these men in our midst who act in
the world as fathers to their children or models of
fathers for others.
Bless them in their moments of doubt and frustration
with their children. Give them warm and open hearts
to forgive failures. Provide them with the words
needed for encouragement and perseverance.
We ask all this in the name of Jesus.
Amen.
“We Care” Donors
In March we sent out an invitation for all who might
be willing to donate part of their CARE Act funds to
help others in greater need. $14,000 was donated!
So far we have disbursed to $5,100 to 11 families.
Through the generosity of these donors, All Saints
has been able to be a significant help in tough times.
We thank these donors and let’s keep all struggling
families and the benefactors in our prayers.
Online study on the Gospel of Mark
Beginning Wednesday, July 1 at 6:30 pm
and through the month of July, Tom Bogenschutz will
lead an online study and reflection on the Gospel of
Mark. Mark's Gospel is especially pertinent to our
times because the forefront of Mark's concern was to
equip Christian believers for discipleship in difficult
times. All you need is a computer, an email, and your
bible. If interested, register by sending Tom an
email, [email protected].

We Care Fund Applications
All Saints has been very generous to this

donated. $5,100 has been disbursed to 11 households
to help them with mortgages, rents, utilities and
food. If you know someone in need, please direct
them to our website or app to fill out an application.

Family Faith Formation
Share God’s Love
Justice Challenge
In today’s Gospel from Matthew (10:26-33), we hear,
“Everyone who acknowledges me before others
I will acknowledge before my heavenly Father.”
How do we acknowledge Christ in our life?
Is the God who directs my life obvious to others?
Do people who see us recognize us as a person of
God?
Do we share our relationship with God with others
through our words or actions?
This week, let us reflect on how we can share God
with others…let us choose one of these ways and
make God present to family, friends, our community.
Watch & Learn Video Series
A new video series has been added
to the Parish Family app button.
Watch & Learn video series will have
several videos that will be shared to help
Catholics remember your faith-filled voice
matters in our world. Watch today!
We spent last year learning more about sharing God’s
love.
At first thought, it might sound beautiful and exciting.
Then you start thinking about what that really means…
May we continue to share God’s love….
in the comfortable and uncomfortable ways…
As we heard from our story session with Susan…
“Let your light shine!”
