CD Week # 30 The Hidden Power

of Forgiveness Jeff Cavins unmasks the trap of unforgiveness that prevents so many from living in the freedom of God's peace and halts spiritual progress. He explains with clarity how forgiveness frees not only the one who is forgiven, but the forgiver. The importance of this

is shown in Christ's words, "As you forgive others, so I will forgive you" Matt. 6:14. Includes free bonus segment from Anger and Forgiveness by Deacon Dr. Bob McDonald.

Please pray for the seminarians of our Diocese

May the Lord continue to bless our Diocese with an abundance of seminarians!

MEMORIAL MARKERS for NEW HYMNALS

New Annual Hymnal’s “Breaking Bread” have arrived. November is the month of All Soul’s, so in order to help supplement the cost of these songbooks, we are offering a memorial donation for each new annual hymnal. The suggested donation is $5 per book. You can make a donation “memory of” or “in honor of” any individual or group you would like. Each book will contain a memo-rial marker on the outside to be used for the entirety of the 2016-2017 liturgical year. Before mass on November 27th, we will read out this list and bless our new books. You may make as many dedicated memorials as you would like. The donation slips are in the back of each parish. The slips may be placed in the offering during the upcoming weeks or may be mailed to the church office at PO Box 329, Frenchtown, 59834. All memorials must be received in the office by Monday, November 21st.

Next week, we will celebrate World Mission Sunday. It‘s theme this year is “Mercy Changes the World”. Pope Francis invites the entire Church to support the young mission diocese in Africa, Asia, the Pacific Islands, and parts of Latin America and Europe, where priests, religious and lay leaders serve some of the poorest of the poor. Please keep the Missions in Society of the Propagation of the Faith.
