Twilio SMS Marketplace Add-On is liable for sending text SMS directly to the Sellers at the time of seller approval,disapproval, product approval, disapproval, order status cancel, invoice, shipped, credit memo and even after whenthe product is sold. This extension comes with an ability to send the notification message to the seller.

Features Of Twilio SMS Marketplace Add-On

Seller will receive notification message right to their phone at the time of Seller approval or disapproval.

Seller will receive SMS at the time of product approval.

Ability to send the message when product order is placed by admin.

Twilio allows the user to “buy a Number” from Specific Countries so the store owner can buy any number forany country (allowed by Twilio) and then the seller of any country will receive the SMS from the store owner.For more details click here.

Seller will receive SMS at the time of order cancel, invoice, shipped and credit memo.

The codes are open source and it can be customized easily.

Configuration For Multi-lingual Support

For the multilingual support, the admin will navigate through Store->Configuration->General ->Locale Optionsand select the locale as German (the language into which admin want to translate his store content).

Magento2 Marketplace Twilio SMS Notification Translation

If a user wants to translate their module from English to German then they need to follow the pathapp/code/Webkul/MpTwilioSMSNotification/i18n in their unzipped folder and will get a CSV file with name“en_US.csv”. Now they will rename that CSV as “de_DE.csv” and translate all right side content after the comma inthe German language. After editing the CSV, save it and then upload it to the pathapp/code/Webkul/MpTwilioSMSNotification/i18n where they have installed Magento2 on the server. The modulewill get translated into the German Language. It supports both RTL and LTR languages.

Configuration Of Twilio SMS Marketplace Add-On

After the installation of Magento2 Marketplace Twilio SMS Notification go to Stores >Configuration >MarketplaceTwilio Configuration Settings. Here the admin will enable the module, enter the Account SID, Auto Token, andTwilio Phone Number.

Admin can get the Account SID, Auth Token and Twilio Phone Number using this way.

-> Go to the web address https://www.twilio.com/ and click on the signup button as shown below –

->Now after clicking on sign up option, below page will be open. Here admin will enter all details to get registeredas shown below.

After clicking the Get Started button above, you will have to verify your phone number first as shown below.

Then you will receive a code on your phone number, which needs to be entered for phone verification as shownbelow.

After completing the above procedure and clicking the submit button, admin will get the Account SID, Auth Token,and Twilio Number as shown below.

FrontEnd Configuration Of Twilio SMS Marketplace Add-On

At the front end, under Seller profile, there is an option for Telephone Number which is responsible for notification.Seller will have to verify his mobile number for receiving the text message notifications.

Admin Management Of Twilio SMS Marketplace Add-On

Seller will be approved/disapproved by the admin and after that Seller shall receive a notification message.

Seller’s Account Approval / Disapproval Notification –

At the time of Seller’s product approval by admin side, Seller will receive a notification message.

Product Approval Message of Seller –

When the admin will approve the seller product then a notification message will be received by the Seller for productapproval.

Product Sold Notification –Seller will receive a notification for product sold with the name, order id, and the quantity of product.

Order Cancel Notification –

After the order has been canceled by the admin, the seller will receive an order cancel notification.

Order Place notification –

When buyer will place an order, the seller will receive the notification for Order Placed with the order Id.

Invoice Generation Notification –

When the seller generates the invoice for an order, a notification message will be sent to the seller.

Shipment Generation Notification –When the shipment will be generated, a notification will be received by the seller.

Credit Memo Generation Notification –

When credit memo will be generated, the seller will be notified for the same.

Product Deny Notification –When the product of the seller will be denied by the admin, the seller will receive the product deny notification.
