In line with the “Go West” policy, an increasing number of textile manufacturers are shifting to Central and West China. Some cotton textile manufacturers are encouraged by Chinese government to move West, where are closer to the cotton planting areas. China is the leading producer of cotton, especially in the areas of the North China Plain, the Yangtze River delta, the middle Yangtze valley and the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The province of Xinjiang is located in the utmost northwestern part of China, closely connected in trade with Central Asia countries. Xinjiang is China’s largest growing base of cotton, as well as one of the key parts in the “One belt One Road” policy of the Chinese Government.At the heart of this initiative lies the creation of a new Silk Road and economic belt, spreading from Western China to Central Asia and onwards to Europe, aiming to restore China’s old maritime and overland trade routes.
China plans to make Xinjiang a major textile base, now more than 60% of China’s cotton crop is grown in the region. It is a major advantage for companies who process the raw material into cotton thread to be close to raw material supplies. The regional government established a fund to support textile industrial parks and clothing factories. The textile and apparel industry there is enjoying a rapid progress in Xinjiang, which in 2015 witnessed an increase of 231% over the previous years, and 382 new textile and garment enterprises, creating 97000 job opportunities. The automated spinning factories also benefit from electricity prices around the half those in the coastal provinces.Xinjiang has become an area in which China’s textile and garment industry is enjoying the most investment enthusiasm, the lowest cost, and the fastest growth.

In linea con la politica del "Go West" (letteralmente “Andare ad Ovest”), un numero crescente di produttori tessili cinesi si sta spostando verso la Cina centrale e occidentale. Alcuni produttori tessili sono incoraggiati dal governo cinese a muoversi verso ovest, per essere più vicini alle piantagioni di cotone. La Cina è il principale produttore di cotone, in particolare nelle aree pianeggianti della Cina settentrionale, nel delta del fiume Yangtze, nella valle centrale dello Yangtze e nella regione autonoma del Xinjiang Uygur.La provincia dello Xinjiang si trova nella parte più nord-occidentale della Cina, strettamente connessa negli scambi con i paesi dell'Asia Centrale. Lo Xinjiang è la più grande riserva di cotone della Cina, così come una delle aree chiave nella politica “One Belt One Road" (letteralmente “una cintura una strada”) del governo cinese.Al centro di questa iniziativa c’è la creazione di una nuova Via della Seta, che si snoda dalla Cina occidentale verso l’Asia Centrale e poi fino all’Europa, con l'obiettivo di ripristinare le antiche rotte commerciali marittime e terrestri.La Cina prevede di rendere lo Xinjiang un'importante base tessile, oggi oltre il 60% del cotone cinese viene coltivato in questa regione. Si tratta di un grande vantaggio per le filature cotoniere, che possono essere più vicine alla materia prima.Il governo regionale ha istituito un fondo per sostenere parchi industriali tessili e fabbriche di abbigliamento. L'industria tessile e dell'abbigliamento sta godendo un rapido progresso nello Xinjiang, nel 2015 si è assistito ad un aumento in questo settore del 231% rispetto gli anni precedenti, sono state aperte 382 nuove imprese, con la creazione di 97000 posti di lavoro. Esquel Group, a forerunner in innovation, environmental protection and corporate social responsibility, is the first Chinese customer of Savio investing in the “Savio Sustainable Solution” of Eco PulsarS new winding machine. Changji Esquel Textile Company Limited (CJE), Esquel’s third spinning mill in Xinjiang region, has bring additional compact and high-count yarn production capacity to Esquel, and allow for further operational efficiency to Esquel’s spinning base in Xinjiang.At its Changji plant, No. 20 sets of Eco Pulsars I/Direct Link automatic winders, with 30 windingunits each, are operative. In addition to 600 units of Eco PulsarS, Changji Esquel has also installed about 360 winding units of Polar winding machine.

Eco PulsarS, with its eco green advantage replies to a market which always looks for real proposal to improve the textile process environment for energy and air conditioning savings as well as and noise level reduction; all the aforesaid requests must be properly tied up to high machine performances, high yarn and package quality and process flexibility. The combination of all new features and design has created a revolutionary winding process, if compared with the standard solution, where each part of the machine operates at its optimum level. Each single independent spindle and bobbin automatic feeding system set independently the proper level of required suction, thus reducing to the minimum the energy consumption value, while efficiency increases thanks also to the reduced unproductive cycles.Particular focus has been addressed to the waste generated during the process, proposing a dedicated system able to separate the recyclable yarn waste, from the dust and impurities. Additional important solutions, as C.C.S. (Controlled Cut System) together with the new interactive tensioning device and wide range of splicers models optimized for any yarn type, further contribute to value this innovative machine. For round magazine type, this machine can also be provided with conventional non-eco suction management, while maintaining all innovative devices and design.

Eco PulsarS risponde alle richieste di un mercato che è sempre alla ricerca di proposte che migliorino l’ambiente del processo tessile, in termini di consumi energetici, di condizionamento aria e di rumore. Requisiti questi, che comunque devono essere sempre e comunque accompagnati da prestazioni dove l’alta qualità dei filati e delle rocche siano coniugati con la massima flessibilità. La combinazione di tutte le nuove caratteristiche ed il nuovo design, ha generato una proposta rivoluzionaria rispetto al processo di roccatura convenzionale: ogni dispositivo della macchina opera a livello ottimale, con automazioni della singola testa e dei sistemi automatici di alimentazione che gestiscono indipendentemente i parametri di aspirazione necessari, raggiungendo importanti valori di risparmio energetico ed alta efficienza grazie alla riduzione dei cicli non produttivi. Particolare attenzione è stata poi rivolta all’utilizzo degli scarti di lavorazione, dove una speciale e dedicata stazione provvede a separare i filacci riutilizzabili dalle polveri di scarto. Savio’s Multicone digital yarn layering technology (drumless) represents the proper solution to achieve flexibility in package formation, for an easy and fast change in the winding process to prepare all formats. The different downstream processes require a wide flexibility in the wound package building, in order to optimize the specific efficiency. Packages for dyeing, warping, weft, knitting, double twisting, require a different and flexible package formation in terms of geometry, edges shape and density. “Multicone” system represents today the proper solution to achieve this kind of flexibility in the package formation.

Savio Shandong is the Chinese manufacturing unit located in the industrial area of Jining, Shandong province. Initially this unit started with manufacturing and assembling, with Italian technology, Two-for-one twisters for local and export markets. At a later stage, the production was dedicated on the assembly of the automatic winder specifically addressed to the local market. Proximity to the customers and the development of partnerships with local certified partners allow the achievement of a leadership position.
