covering 4 academic levels:

1) Foundation in International Homeland Security (FIH) 8 Core and 4 Optional units

2) Intermediate in International Homeland Security (IIHS) 8 Core and 8 Optional units

3) Extended in International Homeland Security (EDIHS) 8 Core and 12 Optional units

4) Advanced in International Homeland Security (ADIHS) 8 Core, 12 Optional and 2 Specialist units

This will ensure that Ubique can now offer an Internationally recognised standard accreditation in International Homeland Security which is certified by The London Institute of City and Guilds.

The Programme...

All students, are enrolled as per the UK educational system.

All learning will be quality assured by The London Institute of City and Guilds.

All Certificates are issued via The London Institute of City and Guilds.

Progressive Certification is available from Foundation Certificate to Advanced.

The Programme... Unit selection (from over 200 available) is flexible to cater for

client requirements and operational needs.

Maintain the Security of the property and premises through observation (Profiling).

Search techniques.

Dealing with disorderly and aggressive behaviour(Conflict Resolution).

Risk assessment /Procedure development.

The Programme...

UK residential courses are also offered for senior and executive management.

This is for the Advanced course, and these courses can also be conducted in The UK.

How we Deliver the I.H.S.D.P.

All course material is delivered in the form of classroom based theory and practical exercises in the country of origin.

Student Performance is video documented throughout with a DVD given to the student allowing for fault recognition, self critiquing and reflective practice.

The Programme is delivered and supplied in the language of the requesting country.

How we deliver the I.H.S.D.P.

All students can be issued an electronic Tablet device to aid learning and development.

Ubique have a unique Virtual Learning Environment (V.L.E.) for students to log in and access course materials, online tutorials with online assessors.

The V.L.E. also acts as a storage facility for students video documentation, course progress and assessors feedback.

All instruction is carried out with video link and posted onto the V.L.E., which is then reviewed by assessors in the UK continually throughout the course.

Certification...

All course video documentation is assessed virtually by a Internal verifier for certification.

Final examination is carried out via video link question and answer format..

The London Institute of City and Guilds have granted this assessment format to overcome potential Language and Educational barriers.

Certification...

Following Internal verification, all students coursework is Externally verified by The London Institute of City and Guilds.

It is this Internationally recognised awarding body that awards the final certification.

The programme includes individual learning hardware in the form of an electronic tablet, which allows digital review of student performance and assessment.

Computer based training is delivered through the Simfox programme for X-ray operation, threat identification, and Image interpretation.

All accreditations are certified by The London Institute of City and Guilds, together with a DVD of the students continual performance.

Once certification is obtained we remain in situ to mentor and further develop individuals operational skills.

All training is in full compliance to ISO18788 & ISO28007

Our AVSEC training is delivered by Aviation Specialist including UK DFT and ICAO Certified Instructors. ALL learning materials are based on ICAO Annex 17.
