The University of Chicago invites you to Family Weekend 2019, a campus- wide celebration in honor of parents, grandparents, and all extended family. Guests are encouraged to explore the campus and take advantage of the unique opportunities that the weekend provides. Visitors can discover more about the student experience by attending our model classes, open houses, information sessions, and tours of campus architecture and the surrounding neighborhood. Check-in will take place on Friday beginning at 10 a.m. and on Saturday beginning at 8 a.m. in Ida Noyes Hall. Each family will receive a packet containing a schedule of events and Family Weekend identification for access to events. A full schedule of the weekend’s activities and a list of model classes offered will be posted on our website, familyweekend.uchicago.edu, during the month of September. Please note that space for some events may be limited. * O V E R V I E W * Advanced registration for the weekend is strongly encouraged and may be completed online at familyweekend.uchicago.edu. Registration opens online on Wednesday, September 18th and closes on Sunday, October 20th. The registration fee is $50 for each adult. Mix and mingle with other UChicago families at our Family Weekend Cook-out in Harper Quad. Food, games, music, and more will be provided.

Dean John W. Boyer hosts Sunday brunch in honor of our parent and family community with remarks at 11:30 AM.
