3.0 Major Updates iPECS UCS 3.0 enhances convenience of user experience on video
communication, Outlook synchronization, call presence and click to call feature. UCS 3.0 adds the UCS mobile client for Android OS for the easier mobile access in UC environment and other useful features.

Presence Enhancements
iPECS UCS 3.0 new presence features Automatic presence updated following to Appointment
IM presence status can be automatically changed based on the user’s schedule
• Users can set the presence during the specific time period of the appointment or set the default setting in Busy or Out of Office
• Status: Busy, Away, In a meeting, Out of office
• Users can set the presence after the appointment expires

Presence – based call routing iPECS UCS 3.0 adds presence based-routing
when user activates any type of Presence(busy, lunch, away), pre-defined call routing based on the Presence is applied.
When IM Presence
is Offline, all incoming calls are

Outlook synchronisation
iPECS UCS 3.0 synchronizes Microsoft Outlook schedules and contacts, and dialing from the Outlook contacts is supported.

iPECS UCS Client can easily dial phone number on Outlook contact
To dial contact’s phone numbers:
Open the contact of MS Outlook, right click of the mouse for menu and select Call Contact.
New Call screen with the contact’s phone number on it.
NOTE: The TSP(Telephony Service Provider) for UCS Client should be installed. Start Call will be successful only if UCS Client is running.

UCS Client users can easily capture telephone numbers on web site and dial it.
To capture dialing numbers:
Select by dragging telephone numbers at a web page on internet browser.
Selected numbers appear automatically in UCS phone number list box and call assistance bar
NOTE: On most desktop applications as well as internet browser, capturing numbers is available.
