CDK Stone Pty Ltd is proud to present this special edition catalogue of tools for Ultra Compact Surfaces (UCS), based on over twelve months of product development by our partners at J König GmbH in Germany and ADI S.p.A in Italy.

As these new ranges of Ultra Compact Surfaces enter our market, fabricators need to learn how to process them successfully and efficiently. They are very different from the materials we are all familiar with processing and they require much more precise and delicate operations. To achieve a successful performance from your tools, you need to follow the recommended parameters exactly. • Ensure that the table is perfectly calibrated.• Ensure the flanges are perfectly clean before mounting the blade.• Ensure that the water feed is plentiful and distributed evenly on both sides of the blade.• If the material is chipping on the under-side, check the radial run-out of your saw.• Sharpening is very important. It can´t be avoided at the moment. These materials are homogenous and will eventually

blunt every blade. Regular sharpening will ensure you have success with it from the beginning. • Only use a recommended sharpening brick – see below.

Composite Bonder can be used to attach many dissimilar materials to Solid Surface, Granite or Engineered Stone, such as Steel, Aluminum, and Fiberglass Composites, PVC, ABS, etc. High shear, tensile and impact strength allows for attaching bolts, sink fasteners, metal supports and stainless steel sinks. You have to try this to believe how strong and flexible it is. Composite Bonder is packaged 250ml of the same cartridge size as our Granite and Engineered Stone adhesives so there is no need to buy a separate dispenser.
