Terms of Business

In placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the following terms:

1. PRICES: The above prices are for stock items. Please note that prices may change from time to time due to exchange rate fluctuations. Current prices and availability will be confirmed on receipt of an order by email, fax or telephone.

2. SPECIFICATIONS: We reserve the right to amend or update product specifications without prior notice.

3. SUPPLIES: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, goods are only dispatched against an irrevocable order. We reserve the right to levy a 10% re-stocking charge on correctly supplied goods which are returned in as-new condition. Goods returned in a condition other than as supplied may be devalued up to 100%.

4. PAYMENT: Before dispatch of goods or credit account by prior agreement. Non-UK customers may pay by credit card in GB Pounds Sterling or by bank transfer in Euros. (For Euro prices please refer to our Euro price list).

5. CREDIT ACCOUNTS: Goods are invoiced upon dispatch and payment is due within 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest and collection costs may be charged on overdue accounts.

6. CASH WITH ORDER: We offer a 5% discount to customers for payment before dispatch by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

7. TITLE: Title is reserved until goods are paid for in full. 8. LAW: The applicable law shall be the law of England. 9. CARRIAGE: Packing and delivery will be charged at cost. P&D charges are generally as follows:

10. CLAIMS: All goods must be examined on receipt and claims for damage or loss in transit must be made to us within 3 days in writing. Claims in respect of any goods which are defective for any other reason must be made within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

11. RETURNS: In the event of any damaged or defective goods, the Purchaser must call to obtain a return authorisation number and return the goods within 7 days of making the claim, together with copies of all documentation received with the goods. If satisfied that the goods were damaged or defective as alleged, we will either refund the purchase price or replace the goods.

12. PROOF: In accordance with Counsel's Opinion published in June 2002, firearm suppressors or sound moderators are not subject to compulsory CIP or UK proof. Counsel has also confirmed that rifles are not subject to re-proof after normal screw-cutting to attach a sound moderator. Counsel further confirmed that the October 2001 pronouncement by the English Proof Houses (which are private companies) is misleading and wrong in law in a number of important respects.
