Dear ULI Philadelphia Members, Sponsors and Partners, As we approach the end of our 2019 fiscal year, I am excited to share the state of the District Council. Our progress continues to be demonstrated by our dedication to mission delivery, member value and high-quality programming. Since last summer, our Local Product Councils completed another year of knowledge sharing and we started a Future of Work Initiative & Steering Committee with PIDC; participated in City policy initiatives, including the City of Philadelphia Housing Plan; conducted two local Advisory Services Panels in Philadelphia and Lancaster County; and leveraged ULI national resources to fund local programs in Grays Ferry and Camden. Our 15 member committees and councils regularly meet to share knowledge, advance issues and develop programming. We held our District Council’s most successful Real Estate Forecast to date and have expanded programming to include more targeted content for varied audiences, such as neighborhood and project tours, training series and small group discussions. Enclosed you will find a snapshot of our organization to share the value of your work and thank you all for your commitment to the mission. I look forward to continuing to work together with you all and our new leadership in the coming years. Dear ULI Philadelphia Members, Sponsors and Partners,

As we approach the end of our 2019 fiscal year, I am excited to share the state of the District Council.
