Somewhere in the cosmos, three million light-years from Earth, planet M-78, also known as “Land of Light,” circles a distant star. This is where the Ultraman family has lived in peace for many eons.

The peace is broken when an ambitious family member, Ultraman Belial breaks free from his imprisonment imposed by Ultraman King for turning evil. Possessing the all-mighty and forbidden “Giga Battlenizer,” Belial runs rampant, knocking down one Ultraman opponent after another trying to stop him. Eventually, Belial fights his way to the land’s eco-energy storage center and snatches the energy away, leaving the land in total darkness ….

As a last resort, Ultraman Mebius and the rookie Ultraman Zero turn for help to Rei, a mysterious young man with control over one hundred monsters. Together they will challenge Belial and his own troops of monsters. Will the trio be able to save the Land of Light and the entire Universe from the powerful claws of Belial?

The film showcases the largest Ultraman family as well as monsters appearing throughout repertoire of Ultraman movies. It also features two new Ultraman characters: the first evil Ultraman, Ultraman Belial, and Ultraman Zero, son of the legendary Ultra Seven. All the classic Ultraman warriors dating back to Tsuburaya Productions’ TV series in the 1960s and 1970s are back together with their alter ego on earth.

Directed by Koichi Sakamoto (POWER RANGERS) and with a music score by Terry-Award winner Michael Verta, this action-packed, fast-paced movie will provide a brand-new viewing experience to all Ultraman fans and the general audience.
