Main Skid Plate : Install using: (6x) ( #.2 ) “D” clamps w/ (6x) M6 1.0 x 20mm flange bolts in main skid: ( D.2 ) locations.

Hold “D” clamps in place over tube frame during installation, finger tighten loosely to allow for adjustments. *(See Drilling Instructions Below)* After checking for clearance in ( B ) locations. *(See Stock Chassis Diagram pg.3)

Drill and install: (4x) ¼”-20 x ¾” Self Tapping Bolts in Main Skid : ( B ) locations.

Remove stock Chain Guard on rear of swingarm. #0

Polaris Sportsman ACE 150 (2017+) Instructions

Front Diff. Skid Plate : Install: (1x) ¼”-20 x ¾” Flange Bolt w/ (1x) 3/8” large Zinc Washer and (1x) ¼”-20 Ny-Lock Nut in Diff. Skid: ( E ) location.

install: (1x) ¼”-20 x 2¼” Hex Bolt w/ (1x) 1 - 1/2” Nylon Spacer, (1x) ¼” Gold Washers, and (1x) ¼”-20 Ny-Lock Nut

in Diff. Skid : ( F.1-1/2 ) location.

Swingarm Guard : *( Remove stock chain guard)

Check for drilling clearance in ( I) locations. Using stock drain holes as a guide, drill a 9/32” hole trough frame rails.

Install: (2x) ¼”-20 x 2 ½” Counter Sunk Bolts in Swingarm guard: ( I ) locations.

install: (1x) ¼”-20 x 1 ½” Counter Sunk Bolt with (1x) ½” Nylon spacer, (1x) ¼” Gold Washer,

and (1x) ¼”-20 Ny-Lock Nut in Swingarm guard: ( H.1 /2 ) locations. Install: (1x) ¼”-20 x 1 ¼” Counter sunk bolt using either ( #.1 ) and ( #.2 ) “D” clamps with

(1x) ¼” Gold Washers and (1x) ¼”-20 Ny-Lock Nut in each Swingarm guard: ( G.1 , G.2 ) locations.

Rock sliders : Use: (4x) M6 1.0 x 30mm flange bolts In “RS” : ( C ) locations. * Note: { 3/8” & 5/8” } steel spacer placement.

Rocksliders will slip between main skid and frame. Bottom lip of rock slider will sit on top of “D” clamps. May need to loosen ( D.2 ) bolts in main skid for adjustment. Once rock sliders are in place, fasten All bolts securely.

A-Arm Guards ( A.1 ) Install : (1x) ( #.1 ) “D” clamp over A-Arm tubing w/ (1x) ¼”-20 x 1 ¼” Counter Sunk Bolt,

(1x) ¼” Gold Washer, and (1x) ¼”-20 Ny-Lock Nut in each A-Arm guard: ( A.1 ) location.

*Ensure Clearance For Turn Radius & Vertical Travel

Before Fastening ALL Bolts Securely

Use a : #№7 ( 13/64th”) drill bit, ( one size above the commonly available 3/16th” bit ) Recommended ¼”- 20 Tap *( Optional )

To drill and thread self tapping bolts in to chassis frame.

Finger Thread All Bolts Prior To Fastening Securely With Power Tools. We strongly recommend the use of a “Thread Locking Compound” when installing any mounting hardware.

( When installation is complete, ensure all bolts are fastened securely.)
