How many channels will I receive with the antenna? The number of channels wi l l vary f rom locat ion to locat ion. Keep in mind that antenna recept ion may vary based on terra in ( inc luding t rees, bui ld ings, h i l ls , and mounta ins) . The fewer obstruct ions, the better your chance for receiv ing strong dig i ta l s ignals.

What channels can the antenna receive? The antenna is capable of receiv ing programming f rom major local broadcast networks (e.g. ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, PBS) p lus many addi t ional networks ( l ike Qubo, ION, The CW, This TV, MyNetworkTV, Azteca, Telefutura, Univ is ion, and Telemundo). The antenna can a lso receive local news, weather, and educat ional programs that sate l l i te and cable might not of fer .

How often do I need to run a channel scan?Run a channel scan af ter sett ing up the antenna, and any t ime you move the antenna. I t 's a good idea to run a channel scan monthly to keep your channels up-to-date.

How do I know where the signal is strongest?Try the antenna in d i f ferent locat ions, making sure to run a channel scan every t ime you move the antenna. The fewer obstruct ions between the antenna and the tower and the h igher the antenna is mounted, the better the chance of receiv ing a strong s ignal . Somet imes moving a few feet can make a d i f ference.

Some HDTVs have a s ignal st rength indicator that shows you how strong your s ignal is . See the instruct ions that came with your HDTV to see i f yours has that feature.

Is there anywhere that the antenna shouldn’t be mounted? The antenna is designed for indoor use only. The antenna is not meant to be mounted outdoors or in the att ic.

NOTE: Meta l roofing and/or meta l l ic radiant heat barr iers in at t ics can af fect s ignal recept ion.
