w Training in core and advanced emergency bedside ultrasound applications w Administrative training needed to establish and maintain emergency ultrasound credentialing and quality assurance programs w Training in emergency ultrasound education and research w Training in Pediatric EM Ultrasound The curriculum will include educational, teaching and clinical components. There are several core fellowship faculty including core PEM Ultrasound faculty with extensive training and experience in the above mentioned aspects of emergency ultrasound. We will also collaborate with faculty from the OHSU Departments of Cardiology and Obstetrics & Gynecology to supplement training in cardiac and obstetric emergency ultrasound. ULTRASOUND FELLOWSHIP OHSU Emergency Medicine is accepting applications for its Ultrasound Fellowship. The overall mission of this 1-year ultrasound fellowship is to provide the advanced training needed to become an ED ultrasound director and a leader in the field of emergency ultrasound. We aim to produce emergency physicians who will excel in the clinical applications of bedside ultrasound and who will serve as future educators and mentors, advancing the use of ultrasound in emergency medicine. Specifically, the aim of the fellowship will be: LIVE IN PORTLAND, OREGON: Beautiful, vibrant, progressive city, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, and surfing less than an hour and a half away.
