UltraTemp Insulated Door SystemInsulated Door System

The UltraTemp range of Insulated Door Systems has been designed specifically for use within the food and drink industry in applications such as food manufacturing and temperature controlled storage.

The range comprises four high specification doors suitable for internal and external applications.



UltraTemp Sliding Doors feature an innovative frame interface designed to integrate seamlessly with UltraTemp Insulated Panels, withstanding high pressure washing and regular cleaning to provide a durable yet aesthetic solution for a number of applications.

UltraTemp Insulated Sliding Doors can be supplied in standard or bespoke sizes, offer a range of door frames with integrated thermal breaks, a choice of fitting and coating options to suit project specific requirements. Integrated low-voltage frame and threshold heaters are supplied as standard to suit negative temperature applications.

ApplicationUltraTemp Sliding Doors are designed specifically for use in cold and chilled storage applications and can be installed both internally and externally.

Threshold DetailsVarious threshold options are available to meet project-specific requirements, and low-voltage heaters are supplied as standard for negative temperature applications.

The UltraTemp Service Door has been designed in-house specifically for use within the food and drink industry in applications such as food manufacturing and temperature controlled storage, ranging from 1° to 40° environments.These Service Doors feature an innovative frame interface designed to integrate seamlessly with UltraTemp Insulated Panels. This lightweight, robust and cost effective door set is designed to withstand regular wash down and cleaning regimes to provide a durable yet aesthetic solution for a variety of applications.

UltraTemp Service Doors are locally manufactured within the UK, can be supplied in standard or bespoke sizes and supplied on lead times of less than 2 weeks. There are various options available in the range such as single / double doors, fixed / clamp frame,10 standard stocked furniture sets and multiple coating options to suit project specific requirements.

ApplicationUltraTemp Service Doors are designed specifically for use in food process areas, offices, toilets and other amenities and can be used internally and externally.
