minutes BEFORE your scheduled treatment time to enjoy this complimentary treatment.

Late arrivals for treatments may result in reduction of time of treatment whilst the full

treatment fee will apply.

12 hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel bookings. Cancellation (without

rebooking) after this time will result in a 50% fee being charged. No shows will be charged in

full.

Umngazi Spa is a cellphone free zone – relax and breathe and hear nature calling.

Children over the age of 10 are welcome.

Please alert your therapist if you are pregnant, have any allergies, are on medication, and

suffer from any joint injury or health conditions we should know about.
