Undertake a cultural work is an arduous task to develop a film event should take heart and humility along with a strong conviction and teamwork ability.

In Colombia the film exhibits are very limited because foreign companies are billboards dotting films in the country, however the realization of national cinema showing short films before the release of the films incentivized.

It is therefore that small college amateurs promotions or lead to a cultural and intellectual development within communities that enjoy presentations.

PRESENTATION

¿WHY THIS FESTIVAL?

Although this to be an event of university type located in the city of Tunja, this staging of film alternative exhibitions prove to be of great importance to the lacking cultural evolution of society because they represent important areas to give a value to the work presented, whether national or international stature.

On the other hand the university component of the festival gives it a look and more compact since students are the ones that motivate society to continue with a comprehensive, comic, dramatic or educational process and facilitates the adaptation of such projects in new productions scene.

¿FILM FESTIVAL? ¿WHAT?

Today we talk about these festivals as an alternative community function where it educates and raises awareness to people. As background festivals arise with the aim of holding the film in a given space.

Ultimately this kind of festivals or are staging a competition of films in which recognition is sought through prizes or just the vision of the film by a large audience.

Therefore, and in a nutshell a film festival is a cultural event with the specificity of film art in all its expressions.

TYPES OF FILMS PRESENTED

The submitted films may vary fence dramaturgy that develop in the festival because not all compactly integrated as they can be a single subject as horror, drama, passion, suspense, comedy, among other great genres.

Similarly transmitted according films at the festival public attendance varies randomly as viewers do not like all genres and prefer one in particular.

In this present university festival it is to interact with different genres from horror to comedy to attract masses of different observers.

A demonic entity lays claim to family living in a secluded farmhouse, prompting them to seek the aid of two renowned paranormal.
