Credit for this program will be uploaded to the CPE Monitor upon completion of the program evaluation which will be emailed to you at the end of the program.. ALL PARTICIPANTS are REQUIRED to submit their CPE Monitor Number and DOB (Month and day) in order to received credit. If you DO NOT submit that information, you will not receive credit for this program.
