1.0 INTRODUCTION
This document presents the Boeing Company manpower and administra-
tive equipment requirements to support the Minuteman assembly and
checkout operations at Wing III, Minot Air Foree lawe, North Dakota,
These manpower figures and administrative equipment lists are
provided only as planning and study information in accordance
with item 1, Exhibit "C" of AF(.(6'7)-936 Letter Contract; and
are not in sufficient detail to be considered official for
compliance or funding purposes. The forementioned figures and
equipment list will be in acoordance with basic controls and
responsibilities established in Document D2-9463, entitled
"lUe Installations - Minuteman Administrative Plan".
The manpower requirements delineated herein are based on the
6400-1002 schedule of January 4, 1962 and encompams buildups for
Liaison Engineering, Bace Interface Surveillance and Assembly
and Checkout personnel. These manpower breakdowns axe direct
and include absenteeism aod rotation requirements.
The SubQantraotor-Teohnioal Representative manpower is not
available for inclusion at this time, however, it will be
included subsequent to approval of the various subcontracts.

5.0 MANAGEIENT STRUCTURE
The Boeing Company Management Structure for the Minot organi-
sation as illustrated in Figure 38 portrays the levels of
management utilised by the Base Manager to provide the basis
for individual management attention at a level that assures
timely aooomplimhment for all phases of the Assembly and
Checkout tasks at Minot.
The Management Struoture, interfaces, responsibilities, controls,
etc., to be implemented will be in accordance with those estab-
lished in D2-9463, "BI-NM Administrative Plan" and D2-6806,
"Weapons System Field Assembly and Checkout Program Plan -
H & D".
