Abstract
IDEATE
These are representations of different methods that were employed to come up with ideas and inform various design projects assigned during Senior Architecture Design Studio. These methods include collage, sketch modeling, and abstract sketching. Many were done in an attempt to develop multiple ways to approach design problems and to help clients understand design concepts.
Collage, H’s Stage
Collage, Graphic Designer’s Billboard Studio
Conceptual Model, N.C. Sustainable Design Competition
Progression through Senior Architecture Design Studio pushed my conceptual abstraction while allowing me ways to ground them in reality. Using various ideas in tandem with real-world settings, such as city plans, topographical maps, and Google Earth, allowed me to begin to look at ideas outside of two-dimensions.
