An A2J Online Intake system gathers data from the applicant utilizing the A2J graphical interface

Once finished, the A2J Online Intake system sends the generated XML Answer File to a special import page

The import page takes the Answer File and reads the data

The import page works down through each variable and determines (from the mapping done earlier) where to store the information

The original answer file is copied into a special table for later review (in the event of a failed import)
The data is copied over to the online intake screening table
Staff can use the online intake system built into Prime to review conflicts and copy data to the Eligibility and Client Intake forms
Manual Import In the event of a
failure in the automatic import process, a manual import can be attempted
If the manual import fails, it may reveal where there are problems with the data being inconsistent with the fields in Prime
