Exploring the mindset of a Modern Workforce
There is a growing disconnect between the ways of working by many traditional businesses and the needs of a modern workforce, many of whom are represented by a growing number of Millennials.
To get a better understanding of the causes of this growing disconnect and the mindset of Millennial employees, we did some research.
Research was conducted in January 2015 with white-collar, professional Millennials (aged 18-34) based in a wide variety of companies. There was a total of 386 responses, but 12 were discounted as they were not Millennials (aged 35+). 374 responses were recorded in the final
survey. Please note that all percentages are rounded up to the nearest percent.
