 Location  &  Parking  

• The  Conference  will  be  held  on  Friday,  November  7th  at  the  John  F.  Kennedy  Presidential  Library  and  Museum,  Columbia  Point,  Boston,  MA  02125.  

• Please  plan  to  self-­‐park  in  the  lot  in  front  of  the  Library  and  Museum.    • Parking  is  complimentary.  

   Schedule  &  Arrival  Time  

• The  Conference  schedule  is  listed  on  page  3  of  this  packet  along  with  a  link  to  the  more  detailed  schedule  online.    

• Speakers  participating  in  the  following  portions  of  the  program  should  plan  to  arrive  at  least  30  minutes  prior  to  their  session  to  allow  for  check  in  and  prep  time:

   Speaker  Check-­In  Table    

• The  speaker  check  in  table  will  be  located  in  the  main  lobby.  Please  check  in  immediately  upon  arrival  and  a  staff  member  will  provide  guidance.  

• A  volunteer  will  be  assigned  to  assist  you  in  any  way.  The  volunteer  will  stay  in  your  room  for  the  duration  of  your  session  and  will  also  help  with  time  keeping  during  your  presentation.
