ABOUT UNFOLD AND FAWN
Unfold and Fawn was founded by Jonathan Chapman in 2009, originally under the name Mr Yen Designs. As the company has developed and blossomed over the past six years, with demand ever growing, the business is now a joint venture between brother and sister. With Jonathan coming from a graphic design background and Ashleigh from a fashion background, we each bring our own unique style and personality to Unfold And Fawn.
We specialise in beautifully handmade, laser cut goods and we believe that design and quality are paramount. This, along with the relationships we build with our customers, is our key work ethos.
From our background of working with high profile clients including Oprah Magazine and House and Garden magazine to name a few, our attention to detail is always our focus, along with our creativity.

ORDERING & PAYMENTTo place an initial order, the minimum order amount is £150. For any orders after your initial order there is re-order minimum amount of £100. For UK orders over £200, postage is free and orders over £300 outside the UK postage is free. Unfold And Fawn is currently not VAT registered and all payments are due at the time of order by bank transfer only.
HOW TO ORDERWhen you’re ready to place your order, you can email us directly on the following email address: [email protected] If you could include the names of the items you would like to order, the amount you would like to order and your contact details, we will get back to you with an invoice and our bank details so payment can be made. Once payment has been made, we will make a start on your order within 24 hours and will be in touch again with a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
TURN AROUND TIMEThe typical turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, but for larger orders, or orders at busier times of the year, this may be slightly longer. If there are any time delays to your order we will notify you as soon as possible to give you an estimated dispatch date.
SHIPPINGAll shipping costs are charged at the time of order, with the cost amount being detailed on your invoice. Within the UK all orders are shipped using a signed for special delivery service and all international orders are shipped using an international signed for service. As a rough guide for delivery costs, within the UK shipping costs can range from £15 - £30, while orders outside the UK can be from £30 - £60. These prices obviously can fluctuate as the cost of shipping is dependent on the size of your order, but these are prices that we have encountered from previous wholesale orders.
CANCELLATIONS & RETURNSCancellations: If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to inform us by email on the following email: mryen@mr-yen. com within 48 hours of placing your order and your refund will be processed immediatley.
Returns: If there are any incorrectly shipped items or damaged items (not due to shipping) these must be reported as soon as possible by email to [email protected] and we will rectify the situation as soon as possible, with all stock to be returned in its original, un-opened packaging and unused.
PRODUCT PACKAGINGAll Unfold And Fawn greeting cards are packaged in clear cellophane wrappers, and come complete with an envelope. On the back of each card is a stamped logo and website address.
