A PBX (Private Branch Exchange) is a switch station for telephone systems. It consists
mainly of several branches of telephone systems and it switches connections to and
from them, thereby linking phone lines.
Companies use a PBX for connecting all their internal phones to an external line.
This way, they can lease only one line and have many people using it, with each one
having a phone at the desk with different numbers.

BENEFITS
Much easier to install & configure than a proprietary phone system:
An IP PBX runs as software on a computer and can leverage the advanced
processing power of the computer and user interface as well as Windows features.
Anyone proficient in networking and computers can install and maintain an IP
PBX. By contrast a proprietary phone system often requires an installer trained on
that particular system.
Easier to manage because of web/GUI based configuration interface:
An IP PBX can be managed via a web-based configuration interface or a GUI,
allowing you to easily maintain and fine tune your phone system. Proprietary
phone systems have difficult-to-use interfaces which are often designed to be
used only by phone technicians.
Eliminate phone wiring
An IP Telephone system allows you to connect hardware IP phones directly to a
standard computer network port (which it can share with the adjacent computer).
Software phones can be installed directly on the PC. You can now eliminate the
phone wiring and make adding or moving of extensions much easier. In new
offices you can completely eliminate the need for wiring extra ports to be used by
the office phone system
Eliminate vendor lock in
IP PBXs are based on the open SIP standard. You can mix and match any SIP
hardware or software phone with any SIP-based IP PBX, PSTN Gateway. In
contrast, a proprietary phone system often requires proprietary phones to use
advanced features, and proprietary extension modules to add features.
Scalable
Proprietary systems are easy to outgrow. Adding more phone lines or extensions
often requires expensive hardware modules. In some cases you need an entirely
new phone system. Not so with an IP PBX. A standard computer can easily handle
a large number of phone lines and extensions – just add more phones to your
network to expand
Better phone usability: SIP phones are easier to use
Employees often struggle using advanced phone features. Setting up a conference,
or transferring a call on an old PBX requires detailed instructions. Not so with an
IP PBX – all features are easily performed from a user friendly Windows GUI.

FEATURES VOIP Phone Support: VoIP enabled device such as IP Phone, Mobile Phone etc.
Analog/Digital Support: IP PBX allows you to add options such as analog line modules or T1/E1 PRI protocol interface modules for additional connections to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN).
Inbound & Outbound Route: Routing calls within or outside the organisation’s network.
Blacklists: Create a list of persons or organizations that have incurred disapproval or suspicion and regulate the telephone system behaviour accordingly. For example, the Caller ID of these persons or organizations can be programmed in the IP-PBX so when they call they would hear a message that says: “The party you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time.”
Blind Transfer: Transfer a call to another extension without the need to wait for the other person to pick up. This type of transfer will also send the CID of the outside caller to the extension where the call is transferred.
Call Detail Record (CDR): A log of all calls made including: source number; destination number; call duration, date and time.
Call Forward on Busy: Calls are automatically forwarded to another extension or phone number if the phone is busy.
Call Forward on No Answer: Calls are automatically forwarded to another extension or phone number if not answered after a defined number of rings.
Call Monitoring: Allows a supervisor to listen in on a phone conversation.
IP PBX CONNECTIVITY
Connecting your IP PBX is a major part of your business savings advantage, the way
you implement it will determent if you will have a business making machine that
would not only save you money on communications cost, but also generate income in
making your organization communication more efficient and friendly to its users.
The IP PBX is not only serving the telephones in the premises it’s connected in, using
SIP or VoIP protocols you can connect almost every VoIP enabled device (including
IP Phone, Mobile Phone etc.)
The minimum requirement of the customised PBX for your company it is highly
recommend to use a customize PBX (Desktop) whose specification is 2GB RAM and
80GB Hard disk or more because we understand that your company will expand and
resulting to an increase in the number of staffs.
Please Note: Customized PBX servers are opened for future upgrades such as Increase
in RAM or Hard Disk Size e.t.c. they are limited to the number of extensions. The same
does not apply Branded PBX Servers (i.e PBX Servers made from a company’s factory)

LOGO DESIGN
We offer logo design which include one page style guide, outlining the fonts and
colours used within the design. All artwork is suitable for all forms of printing and
web use. Artwork is provided in pdf, jpg, png, pdf, other file formats on request.
The Logo Design Process
The usual Logo Design process is as follows: Once payment and signed order form
has been received we will email three (3) initial Logo Design concepts to you within
2-3 working days. You will then have the opportunity to suggest any changes that
you would like to see to one (1) of the designs (up to 3 modifications). Once the Logo
has been finalised, we will email all of your artwork files in all the correct formats
suitable for web & print. File formats are jpg, pdf, and other file formats are on request
