The product

The German UNICON® fast connec-tion system has been developed tofacilitate the erection of buildings inrecord time by saving up to 20 % oftotal construction costs.The UNICON® system, for which awide international patent family isgranted, will allow a simultaneouscoupling not only of the building ele-ments, but of all the systems integra-ted within them, such as heating andelectrical installations.

Features

It is saving costs: the shorter as-sembly time and a higher produc-tivity in precast represents a hugepotential cost saving.

the construction period is enor-mously reduced; service installati-ons are prefabricated andincorporated more swiftly; andbuilding firms are less dependenton subcontractors.

It ensures a higher level of quality:all components and services are in-stalled at works to a constant qua-lity level and with comprehensivequality controls; and the risk of ac-cidents on site is reduced.

It is environmentally friendly: buil-ding sites are cleaner; waste pro-ducts are avoided on site; andeven the reuse of components issimplified by the scope providedfor a damage-free dismantling andremoval of elements.

Application

Using the UNICON® connectiontechnology, it will be possible toachieve a new quality benchmark inprecast buildings by saving money atthe same time. It is a simple techno-logy even for subcontractors andsuppliers of components which canwork collaboratively to provide pre-cast system modules. Ready for plug& play.

POWERCON® and POWERCON® - Multi

Multitasking connectors can be usedsingle or added in various buildingelements like walls, ceilings, roof-pa-nels. Where a number of runs for differentmedia have to be linked, the connec-tion units can be installed in a row. For the simple use of only mechanicalconnections between walls , the socalled POWERCON® connectorsmade of solid steel will make mecha-

nical jointing and can take loads upto several tons, depending on thereinforcement. The latest POWERCON® Multi con-nector enables to take tolerances upto 20 mm in several directions.

BASECON

BASECON connectors made of fi-breglass added polyamide are thebase of the UNICON-System. Theycan be used for concrete wall con-structions as shown as well as for cei-ling or roof slabs.

AQUACON® und ENERCON® con-nectors are based on the BASECONgeometry and can be fixed with spaxscrews in wooden construction orwith metric screws when used in con-crete molds with M6 anchors.

ENERCON®

For the ENERCON® connector, plugsand sockets have been developed forelectricity from 12 up to 400 Volts.The German VDE quality and securi-ty approval is granted.

Telephones, computer and data lines,TV, and other special wiring can beeasily installed with a system adap-ter.

AQUACON®

AQUACON® connectors are develo-ped for liquid media such as drinkingwater and heating or cooling pipes.This water connector is gasketed andtested with a triple o-ring system.

The German DVGW quality appro-val is pending. Any kind of pipingsystem can be easily connected by a½” inch inside thread.

SANICON

All bigger diameters for waste wateror air condition are connected by theSANICON connector. There is a con-nector for 50 mm and for 90 mm pi-ping systems.

The German DVGW quality appro-val is pending.Assembling accessories for the easyand precise installation in the pre-cast concrete units including screwsand anchors are also delivered.

With a team of experts, H-Bau sup-ports all customers who are inter-ested in testing UNICON® in theirprojects by offering project consul-ting to reach best practise in usingUNICON® system components.We want UNICON® customers toreach highest efficiency and qualityin entire production and constructionprocess.

As requested H-Bau is offering pro-duct introduction as a workshop fortheir customers to produce first sam-ple units in the customer`s productionarea.

Furthermore H-Bau is offering project-consulting to precast factories and builders to reach higher efficiency and costreduction by using UNICON® technology in the entire planning-, production- and construction process. Prefab con-sulting includes optimisation of precast panels and construction details using UNICON®.

UNICON® type Powerclip

POWERCLIP connectors made of zinced solid steel willmake invisible mechanical connection and can take loadup to several tons, depending on the anchor system andthe reinforcement.

Once they are connected, the height can be adjusted witha hook spanner. One turn will lift the foot about 10 mm.So the POWERCLIP can also be used to screw two parts to-gether and fix them invisible.

The steelconnectors secure the wall construction againstlifting forces depending on the anchoring and installationsituation and take the loads from earth pressure in base-ment walls.

Installation

The two parts of POWERCLIP are pla-ced in the floor slab and in the to beconnected wall.

Construction parts are connected withPOWERCLIP by composing them to-gether. Height can be adjusted with ahook spanner.
