UNIFORM EXPECTATIONS
Students attending the College are
expected to wear the full uniform at
all times and do so appropriately and
with pride. Students act as
ambassadors for the College and for
the Christadelphian community both
inside and outside the College.
Heritage College strongly supports
the appropriate wearing of a uniform
because:
• It encourages identification with
our College and the development
of school spirit which is helpful
for an effective learning
community
• It covers basic health and safety
requirements for schools
and workplaces
• It reinforces the concept of team
and community – of students,
staff and parents working
together for the benefit of all
• It provides an economical means
of clothing students during school
years
• It makes a statement that our
College community cares about
standards; that an attitude of
“anything goes” is not good
enough
• It reflects the reality of the work-
place, where business and
industry expect that corporate
uniforms will be worn neatly
• It provides easy
identification
on excursions
and outings,
enhancing the
safety of stu-
dents
