Static electricityStatic electricityYOU KNOW NEGATIVE CHARGES MOVE FROM BODY TO BODY.IF YOU FIRSTLY PASS ALL YOUR NEGATIVE CHARGES ONTO THE BALLOON, NEXT YOUR HAIR IS CHARGED ONLY WITH POSITIVE CHARGES.

CONSEQUENTLY THE BALLOON IS NEGATIVELY CHARGED.FINALLY; YOUR HAIR STICKS TO THE BALOON AS YOU KNOW THAT OPOSITES ATTRACT.
