Store-rooms SCC CA Hall, Room # 4 KP store room [SE corner, North club]

CERT HQ [radios, admin] to be demolished!

Incident Commander- the first person at the Rally point

Appoints deputies Contacts support groups Dispatches Damage assessment teams Sets up triage/medical teams/areas Continues until relieved
