IRON MAN (FROM THE MOVIE)

Tony inherited “Stark Enterprises” when his parents were killed in a car accident which was organized by their rival company. Stark flew to Afghanistan to demonstrate a new weapon by Stark Industries. On the way back, a terrorist group attacked their military convoy. The metal pieces of a bomb almost killed him. After he found himself in an Afghan cave, he discovered an electromagnet in his chest.

The terrorist group kept him alive because they wanted him to build a Jericho missile for them.

While he was there in captivity, he secretly started building a special armor instead. When the armor was ready, Stark escaped. He crashed in a desert. Rhodes, his personal pilot, rescued him. But the armor was in pieces. Stark focused on building a better version of his power suit. At the same time he made an improved Arc Reactor for his chest.

His business partner and brand new enemy, Stane made a more powerful armor, but he needed Stark’s Arc Reactor to activate it. He trapped Stark and removed the reactor from his chest and left him to die. However, Stark re-installed his original reactor into his chest to fight against Stane. Although his original reactor was not powerful enough for his latest armor, Stark tried to fight Stane. At the end of the fight, Stark managed to pull him into an overloaded reactor to burn him into ashes. The next day at a press conference, he declared that he was Iron Man.
