PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that NG DIP Inc. (f/k/a Nasty Gal Inc.), the debtor and debtor
in possession in the above-captioned bankruptcy case (the “Debtor”), filed an amendment to the
Debtor’s Schedule E/F: Creditors Who Have Unsecured Claims on July 28, 2017 (the
“Amendment”). The Amendment reduces the amount of certain general unsecured claims
scheduled by the Debtor in its original Schedule E/F filed on November 23, 2016 [Docket No 101].
Attached hereto as Exhibit “1” is a chart specifying: (i) the claims that were reduced by the
Amendment, (ii) the amount of each reduction, (iii) and the Debtor’s basis for each reduction.
