StatisticsMinnesota: Approximately 10% of our state’s population is deaf, deaf-blind and hard of hearing (CDC and US Census Bureau).
United States: 43 million Americans with disabilities; of those, 31 million have hearing loss (NIH and CDC).
1 out of 10 Americans have a hearing loss.1 in 4 Baby Boomers 1 in 3 people at age 65Rate of hearing loss is expected to nearly double in next 40 years!
