Folkloric Dances/Bailes FolklricoEl Jarabe Tapato lo baila la pareja nacional: el Charro mexicano y la china poblana, fue bailado por primera vez en 1790, en el Teatro Coliseo de la Ciudad de Mxico.En la poca del emperador Maximiliano los Jarabes se pusieron muy de moda en la alta sociedad. El Jarabe Tapato simboliza el cortejo del hombre a la mujer, quien primero lo rehsa y despus lo acepta.

THE MEXICAN HAT DANCEThe Mexican Hat Dance is a dance performed by the national partner: the Mexican Charro and China Poblano. It was danced for the first time in 1790 at the Teatro Coliseo in Mexico City.At the time of Emperor Maximilian Syrups they were very fashionable in high society. El Jarabe Tapatio symbolizes man courting the woman who first ... and then refuses to accept it.

This dance was born during the revolution of 1910 as a banner of national unity as it includes the most famous styles dance performances from various regions in a mixture called "syrup". Incidentally, the reason why it is called Syrup style has maintained different theories. O is on the sweetness between the couple ... or mixture of elements that compose it. But the word syrup is derived from the Arabic word "Xarab" and means herb mixture.

Este baile naci durante la revolucin de 1910 como estandarte de unidad nacional pues incluye los estilos dancsticos ms famosos de diversas regiones en una mezcla denominada "Jarabe". Por cierto, la razn del por qu se le llama Jarabe al estilo, ha mantenido diferentes teoras. O es relativo a la dulzura entre la pareja o a la mezcolanza de elementos que le componen. Historia de los ChilaquilesLa palabra chilaquiles proviene de la antigua palabra nahuatl "pimientos y verdes". El idioma nahuatl era el que hablaban los aztecas. Se origin en el Mxico Central y todava se habla hoy en alguna comunidades. Es un platillo comn para muchas familias mexicanas, debido al legado de una tradicin que ha existido por aos. Llegaron a Estados Unidos de la mano del The Spanish Cook (El cocinero espaol) de Encarnacin Pinedo en 1898. Sin embargo, esta receta no se aceptaba totalmente pero asi es como se descubrieron los sabores autnticos de los chilaquiles.17

THE CHILAQUIELESThe chilaquiles word comes from the ancient Nahuatl word "and green peppers." The Nahuatl language was spoken by the Aztecs. It originated in Central Mexico and is still spoken today in some communities. It is a common dish for many Mexican families, because of the legacy of a tradition that has existed for years. They came to America in the hands of The Spanish Cook (The Spanish Cook) Encarnacin Pinedo in 1898. However, this recipe is not fully accepted but this is how the authentic flavors of chilaquiles were discovered.
