„COCA-COLA COMPAY” -The important role for employees have the potential to play in Coca-Cola is, team work.Team performance thus affects the success of organisation as a whole.Andrzej at (2007) says beig able to work productively with other is so important that companies place an emphasis on thei recruits being a good ‘team player’. - Team work’s characteristics influence the performance of the organization.It show how the different membres involving in working toward team goals and how different skilled people with different individual behaviours. - From the point of view of management, a team is a group which possesses extra positive feature.

• „ Implications teams present a greater number of people, which implies the existence of more resources , more ideas and a an energy greater for a single person”.

-” Teams grow to full potential of a leader and minimize its weaknesses . Strengths and weaknesses more visible to one person than to a team”.

-” Teams provide multiple perspectives on how they can satisfy a need or can achieve a goal , thus formulating several alternatives for each situation. Comprehension of a single individual is rarely as broad and deep as that of a group when faced with a particular problem”.

Working successfully as a team in not an easy task at it seems.To an effective team there should be some factors in place to achieve. Factors are: -GOOD LEADERSHIP -CLEAR COMMUNICATION -CONFLICT RESOLUTION

Further, clear, goals,participation,feedback,team marking and problem solving. Team motivation is earned by clear purpose, challenge,comradeship, climate ,trust, open communication,self-control, etc., are the factors influencing the team leader.

Human Resources Department .Within teamwork all the elements detailed above, psychological factors ,diversity , the prevalence of pregnancy, techniques and conflict are interrelated . allthey overlap and cause the work results .
