Lorena knew at a very young age that she was going to pursue a career in real

estate. Having worked as a receptionist and assistant for 7 years at a real

estate company, and later at a condominium sales site in downtown Toronto,

Lorena knew that real estate was her calling. Throughout her university career, Lorena

studied urban development in order to enhance her real estate knowledge. After

graduating from the University of Toronto, Lorena went on to gain her real estate license,

while also working full time for a downtown real estate developer. From this she managed

to gain valuable knowledge in the condo industry, and decided to pursue her passion for

real estate, working as a sales representative.

Lorena always ensures to put the client’s interests above everything else. Her in-depth

knowledge of the pre-construction industry and market knowledge are just some

of the reasons as to why many of her clients refer her to their family and friends. Her

strong negotiating skills, personable manner, and positive demeanor make the whole

purchasing and selling process a real enjoyable one. Her main objective is to make the

whole purchasing and/or selling process as stress free and as fun as possible, and her true
