UNPACKING GRACE

1ST Corinthians chapter 15 verse 10

By the GRACE of God I am what

I am: and HIS GRACE, which was

bestowed upon me, was not in vain;

but I laboured more abundantly than

they all: yet not I, but the GRACE of

God which was with me.

Your World is anywhere you are!

Titus chapter 2 verses 11 - 12

For the grace of God that brings

salvation has appeared to all men.

Teaching us that, denying

ungodliness and worldly lust, we

should live soberly, righteously,

and Godly, in this present world:

The Trinity

2nd Timothy chapter 2 verse 1

You therefore, my son, be strong in the Grace that is in Christ Jesus.

2nd Timothy chapter 3 verses 16 - 17

Given that ‘all scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

Acts chapter 20 verse 24

But none of these things move me. (What things? Bonds and afflictions), neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

Acts chapter 20 verse 32

And now, brethren, I commend

you to God, and to the word of

His grace, which is able to build

you up, and to give you an

inheritance among all them

which are sanctified.

2nd Peter chapter 1 verses 2 - 42 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you. How? Via relationship and scripture. Through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

3 According as His divine power, has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness. How?Through the knowledge of Him (Revelation - Rhema word) – that has called us to glory and virtue.

4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these you might be partakers of the divine nature. Having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

Spend quality time with the Lord and His Word

Psalm 130 verses 5 - 6

5 I wait for the Lord, my soul does wait, and in His word do I hope.

6 My soul waits for the Lord, more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.

Psalm 119 verses 9 - 11

9 Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed there to according to they word.

10 With my whole heart have I sought thee: O let me not wander from thy commandments. 11 Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against you.

1st Chronicles chapter 21 verse 1 & 11 – 13Three Calamities

Calamity No. 1: Three years of famine.

Calamity No. 2: Three months of defeat at the

hand of their enemies.

Calamity No. 3: Three days of chastisement at the

hand of the Lord.

GRACE is a gift for which NO repayment is expected

Romans chapter 6 verses 1 - 2

1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound. 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?

Matthew chapter 11 verses 28 - 30

28 Come unto me all you that labour and are heavy laden and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart and you shall find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

Hebrews chapter 4 verses 9 - 11

9 There remains therefore a rest to the people of God.

10 For he that is entered into His rest, he also has ceased from his own works, as God did from His.

11 Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

1st Kings chapter 8 verse 56

Blessed be the Lord, who has given rest to His people Israel, according to all that He promised. Not one word has failed of all His good promises which He promised through Moses His servant.

2nd Corinthians chapter 1 verse 20

Only because the gospel is a gospel of grace, it is not a license to become lazy, passive in mind or imagination. No more than grace gives us license to continue in sin.

1st Peter chapter 5 verse 8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary, the Devil, as a roaring lion, walks about seeking who he may devour.

Isaiah chapter 50 verse 7

For the Lord will help me, therefore shall I not be confounded: Therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know that I shall not be ashamed.
