Description of Work

TOTAL OF CHILLER CARRIED OVER TO SUMMARY

WATER COOLED SCREW CHILLING MACHINE :Supply, loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, installation, testing and commissioning of Water Cooled Screw Chiller with VFDcomprising of single compressor with VFD with single refrigerantcycle/multiple compressors with VFD with multiple refrigerant cycle, suction and discharge valves, HP/LP cut out, oil pressure switch, crank case heater, gauge panel, automatic capacity control, microprocessor based control with annunciation panel, integral sub cooler, pressure relief valves, oil circuit, solenoid valve, water entering and leaving temperature sensors, first charge of gas R-134a, Oil, vibration isolators, flooded cooler, condenser etc. Motor shall be suitable for 415 Volts ±10%, 50Hz ± 3%, three phase. ACsupply (the unit to be ARI/EUROVENT certified) and shall becomplete as per specifications.The performance shall be tested with ARI standard 550/ 590 atARI Test bed or as per EUROVENT in manufacturing unit.The Chiller shall be able to provide 20% to 100% stepless/stepped capacity control.The System should be compatible with the BMS system and havingthe facility to perform the function thru BMS viz remote chiller start and stop, remote leaving chiller liquid temperature adjustment, remote current limit setpoint, remote ready to start contacts, safety shutdown contacts, run contacts.The system shall be complete in all respects viz Drive, lubrication system, evaporator, condenser, refrigerant system, controller, communication port for BMS.The item should be all complete in line with relevant standards, technical specifications of the standards and direction of engineerincharge.Construction of RCC Foundation is excluded from the scope, however foundation bolts, anti vibration pads etc and all otheraccessories comes under the scope of contractor. Foundationdetails are also required to be provided by the supplier

Description of WorkChilled and Condenser Water Pumps Repair WorksDismantling the existing up to 20 HP Centrifugal pump set/ motor, disconnecting the pipe line etc., foundation nuts and bolts, including taking down from the foundation base with help of chain pulley block including cartage from site to workshop etc complete as reqd.

Rewinding of following 20 HP, 3 Phase induction motor with super enameled copper winding wire including varnishing, banking, fitting, testing and commissioning etc. Complete as required (If required, exact number to be checked at site).

Supplying & fixing of following Ball Bearing including dismantling the old defective Ball Bearing, alignment of the same, greasing etc. complete as required (If required, exact number to be checked at site).6309 2RS C3

Re-assembling of above motor and pump including installation of the same on existing foundation with the help of chain pulley block including coupling the same wih pump, making electrical connection, testing, commissioning including cartage from workshop to site etc. complete as required

Repairing, Overhauling and servicing of the centrifugal pump including replacement of the following defective parts a) Shaft sleeve - 2 Nos b) Shaft Sleeve Nut c) Ball Bearings = 2 Nos d) Bearing Nut e) Coupling Key f) impeller Key g) Liquid Deflector= 2 Nos . h) Packing, gland, stud, nut bolts ring set / Gasket set i) Eye Bolts = 4 Nos. etc. Complete as required.

Supply and fixing of tyre Type coupling suitable for 20 HP Centrifugal motor pump set including making suitable size bore as per pump and motor shaft , making key way, alignment etc. complete as required. (If required, exact number to be checked at site).

Supplying and fixing gland bush / plate suitable for 20 HP pump set including testing and commissioning etc complete as required (If required, exact number to be checked at site).

Re-metaling, turning and polishing of impeller of 20 HP water pump including providing and fixing suitable size two nos. impeller ring etc complete as required. (If required, exact number to be checked at site).

Supplying and fixing of impeller of 20 HP water pump including providing and fixing suitable size two nos. impeller ring etc complete as required. (If required, exact number to be checked at site).

Cooling Tower: Supply and Installation of new cooling towers Supplying and commissioning of FRP INDUCED Draft Cooling Towers for air- conditioning system. Each tower shall be complete with TWIN fan, motor, basin casing, distribution system filling motor basin casing distribution system filling louvers float valve quick fill/ make up drain connection, HDP supports G.I. ladder, Motor shall be TEFC weather proof and suitable for 415+10% volt,50 cycles 3 phase power supply. Isolator at cooling tower shall be provided enclosed in weather proof (IP-55) panel. Tower for air conditioning system shall be selected on the basis of water temperature 97.5-90 Deg. F, ambient wet bulb 83 Deg F and nominal capacity as follows.200 TR induced draft cooling tower including its all components G.I. Ladder etc.

Reconnection of piping, electrical so as to suit the new cooling tower including supply of requisite material.
