Arena Stage Allen Lee Hughes Fellowship and Internship ProgramMarch 3, 2017Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of theater professionals by providing the highest standard of training through immersion in the art and business of producing theater.

NASW Foundation Social Work HEALS Policy FellowshipMarch 8, 2017One-year fellowship through the National Association of Social Workers to social workers who have completed at least two years of a doctoral program. Fellows will participate in a social work specific opportunity to use their social work knowledge and research experience to work in Washington, D.C. on critical health policy issues facing our nation.

Universität Kassel International Summer University ScholarshipsMarch 12, 2017Scholarships available for a graduate student who wishes to take part in the Nano Science module of the International Summer University at Kassel in 2017.

Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation Research Travel Grants March 15, 2017Grants up to $2,200 in support of research in the holdings of the Gerald R. Ford Library in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The grant may be used to defray travel costs and living expenses.

American School of Classical Studies at Athens Fellowships and GrantsMarch 15, 2017One-year and short-term fellowships to travel to and study at the American School of Classical Studies at Athens

Harry S. Truman Library Research GrantApril 1, 2017Research Grants of up to $2,500 are awarded twice annually to offset the cost of conducting research at the Harry S. Truman Library and Museum.

Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey FellowshipsApril 7, 2017; October 7, 2017 (anticipated)Fellowships for international PhD students to pursue their research in Turkey. The program aims to promote Turkey’s scientific and technological collaboration with countries of the prospective researchers.

American Jewish Historical Society

Sid and Ruth Lapidus Fellowship April 20, 2017 Supports one or more researcher(s) wishing to use the collections of the American Jewish Historical Society. Preference is given to researchers interested in 17th and 18th century American Jewish history. At the discretion of the awards committee, the fellowship funds may also be applied to subsidizing publication of a first book in the field of American Jewish history, again with preference given to works in early American Jewish history. The available amount for the award(s) is $6,000 annually.

Ruth B. Fein Prize April 20, 2017 A travel stipend established in honor of a past president of the Society, to a graduate student to help undertake research at the American Jewish Historical Society. The award is up to $1,000.

Tampa Bay Seminole Club Graduate Student ScholarshipApril 30, 2017 (anticipated)It is the goal of the Tampa Bay Seminole club to continue our commitment towards further building a pipeline between Hillsborough and Pasco county high schools and Florida State University. Candidates must be a graduate of a Hillsborough or Pasco county high school and have proof of acceptance into a graduate program at FSU or graduate coursework completed.

Rockefeller Foundation—Bellagio Center Fellowships in the Creative ArtsMay 1, 2017The Academic Writing residency is for university and think tank-based academics, researchers, professors, and scientists working in any discipline. Successful applicants will demonstrate decades of significant professional contributions to their field or show evidence of being on a strong upward trajectory for those earlier in their careers

Society for Male Reproduction and Urology Traveling Scholars Award ProgramMay 4, 2017 (anticipated)The objective of this award is to provide an opportunity for trainees to learn more about the field of male infertility by attending educational activities at the annual meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Society for the History of Technology Travel GrantMay 10, 2017 (anticipated)Designed to defray some costs associated with attending the SHOT conference the grant is open to individuals giving a paper at the annual meeting. The reviewing committee prioritizes scholars whose presentations address women, gender, race, ethnicity, and/or difference in the history of technology. Women, minorities, international scholars, and those who are new to SHOT, are particularly encouraged to apply.

Fulbright—Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad ProgramMay 14, 2017Funds for individual doctoral students who conduct research in other countries, in modern foreign languages and area studies for periods of six to 12 months.

The Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History FellowshipMay 15, 2017Fellows may conduct research within the archival holdings of any institution located in the five boroughs of New York City.

American Nurses Foundation Research Grants May 1, 2017 (anticipated)The American Nurses Foundation Nursing Research Grants Program encourages the research career development of all nurses by provideing funds to beginning and experienced nurse researchers to conduct studies that contribute toward the advancement of nursing science and the enhancement of patient outcomes. The internship pays a stipend and tuition.

Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.) Program for Continuing EducationDeadline: 3-4 months prior to the start of the term for which the grant is requestedOne-time need based grants to women who are citizens or legal permanent residents of the U.S. or Canada for use in completing a degree or certification necessary for improving or gaining skills leading to employment.

A grant of up to $30,000 will be considered for support for salary, travel, or other necessary expenses.

Institute for Supply Management Doctoral Dissertation Grant Program March 31, 2017This program exists to encourage and develop doctoral students interested in procurement, supply management and supply chain management to pursue and complete their dissertation research in these fields of study. The program welcomes applications from doctoral students in supply management and closely related areas.
