Neverware has come to Synnex!
What is Neverware?
A CloudReady OS that enables organisations and schools to take their ageing PCs and Mac devices, and transform them into Chrome devices.
How can I leverage it?
An interim solution for customers who are thinking about Chrome, but may have some blockers before rolling the solution out: e.g. Technical / application compatibility, decision making, budgeting.
Provide Neverware as an interim solution for their fleet before they become Chrome ready in the next few months, or year.

Reminder: Retirement of Kiosk License, October 1st
From October 1, 2019, the Chrome Kiosk (Single App) license will no longer be available for purchase. As an existing customer, your active license(s) will be supported until your renewal date and you can continue accessing the Admin console on your active license(s). However, once your current license(s) expire, you will need to purchase the Chrome Enterprise license to continue accessing the Admin Console.
The Chrome Enterprise Upgrade offers the same functionality as the Chrome Kiosk license, plus additional features only available through the full license including user policies, public sessions and PC workstations. This change will not affect your ability to use kiosk mode or run digital signage, which will continue to be supported through the Chrome Enterprise Upgrade.
What does this mean?
New customers will not be allowed to purchase the Chrome Kiosk (Single App) license starting October 1, 2019
Customers up for renewals after October 1, 2019 will need to purchase the Chrome Enterprise Upgrade
Existing customers wanting to upsell (add to an existing license count) can purchase Chrome Kiosk (Single App) license until their renewal date. After the renewal date, customers will need to purchase their renewal via Chrome Enterprise Upgrade.

Hi there, I’m new! Tui Smith - Please meet our new Partner Trainer for Chrome Enterprise & Google for Education
Tui Smith is our latest trainer on the Google Chrome Global Partner Training team (APAC), based out of Sydney, Australia. He will support our Channel Manager, Katherine Binks in her efforts to 10X Chrome down under! Tui has been in training and enablement roles for over 10 years and has a passion for all things technology.
Fun fact: Tui is actually named after a small bird from New Zealand. His favorite thing about Chrome would be the ability to cast directly from inside chrome - as a trainer, he utilizes this feature all the time.

Thank you to those who attended Cloud Summit and Partner Connect the other week! It was great to see the traffic and interest of those coming to learn more about GCP, G Suite and of course, Chrome.
For your interest, we had over 2200 attendees at Cloud Summit, and a total of 672 attendees at Partner Connect which was an amazing 75% more people than 2018! Once again, thanks for being in our ecosystem and here’s to another year of growing together.
