Is your Motorola device performing at its best? With Software Upgrade Assistance (SUA) from Verizon, you can verify you are running the most recent software available for your device.

Connect your device to a PC and install the SUA tool. The SUA tool will recognize your device and determine which software version you are using. If a newer version is available, you will be offered the chance to upgrade.

UPDATE TO THE LATEST MOTOROLA SOFTWARE

Note: If the “AutoPlay-CD Drive: Installer” does not display on your PC to begin the SUA installation, the AutoPlay setting on your PC might be turned o� or there might be other restrictions on your PC preventing the installation. Please check the settings on your PC or try to connect your device to another, unrestricted computer.

+ Connect your device to your MAC via USB cord

+ Follow the above installation pop ups+ The CDROM feature must

be ‘enabled’ from the device’s USB Menu in the notification bar

CHECK FOR UPDATES

+ SUA will automatically launch and check for updates when the device is connected to a PC

+ Once check is complete, the device update status will appear in the table

+ Select the device from the table and click ‘Upgrade’

+ Download/Install progress is viewable on your computer screen

+ Progress is displayed above process bar and on device display

CHECK FOR UPDATESWINDOWS PC VERSION

+ Keep device connected to PC and leave SUA open

+ A check for updates will automatically occur and appear on screen

+ Once complete, the device update status bar will appear in the table

+ Select the device from the table and click ‘upgrade’ to start the process

+ Download/Install progress is viewable on your computer screen
