2011 has proved to be a busy year at Grand Haven much of the landscape has been replaced or improved and the old, dead or diseased plants within the community have been replaced with water wise plants reducing the maintenance to the community. The overall appearance of the community has greatly improved. I look forward to 2012 to finish most of the projects we have been planning from the original audit. I have highlighted the projects and have a few images to help you see what we have planned.

After the 2012 projects are completed the landscape budget should be reduced by ½ for the following year 2013.

After 2013 normal landscape projects such as tree pruning every other year and normal replacement projects should be the norm.

The community should fall into a regular schedule.

More attention to vine removal should be our mission.
