ABK Gymnastics Camps are packed full of fitness, acrobatics, and proper gymnastics techniques. The sport of Gymnastics provides superior fundamental preparation for both boys and girls that often translates to successful experiences in future sports and athletics. Students will learn balance, strength, flexibility, and progressions in the Olympic Events. Boys will learn fundamental parkour moves, new tricks, strength, and work on speed, agility, & quickness (SAQ).

ABK Karate Camps are designed for both the current martial arts student and the aspiring Black Belt. For three hours each day campers are training both technique and curriculum! Some camp activities include board breaking, weapons, sparring, “ninja warrior” style obstacle courses and games! One karate camp also will give you 12-15 karate class credits that can go toward your next belt testing.

ABK Overnight Gymnastics Camp is designed for all Recreational, Xcel, and Compulsory Gymnasts, ages 6 and up. Over 6 hours of training, skill development and camp activities. Students will be divided by level and age. ABK Members $99 Non-Members $119.
ABK Overnight Karate Camp is designed for Karate students ages 6 and up. Over 6 hours of ninja training and camp activities. Black Belt Club Karate Members $99 Basic Karate Members $119.

ABK Aquatics Camps are a great way to get your child swim safe in the most fun and fastest way! During these accelerated swim lessons your child will gain the fundamentals of swimming with the end goal being confidence and strong aquatic safety skills. Camps are 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) for 45 minute classes each day.

PRESCHOOL FAIRYTALE DANCE CAMP
Ages 3-5Mon. - Weds. 12pm-3pm August 10th - 12th
ABK’s Preschool Fairytale Dance Camp will be a 3 day adventure through a fairytale land. Each day will feature a new fairytale including a new dance each day, dress-up, dance games,and an arts & craft project. Camp will end with a Fairytale Finale show for the parents during the last 30 minutes of camp.
DANCE CAMPS
Hip Hop Ages 6-17Mon. - Weds. 12pm-3pmJune 29th - July 1st
Hip Hop Dance Camp: This camp will be 3 days jam packed with high energy hip hop dance moves that will encourage students to step outside the box and bring their own individual style and personality to their movements. Campers will learn an exciting hip hop routine to share with their parents in a fun performance at the conclusion of camp.
Musical Theatre Dance Camp: During this week long camp, students will learn what it’s like to perform in a musical theatre dance production! Campers will learn a production number along with dance basics like jumps, leaps, & pirouettes. Camp will culminate with a performance for the parents to show off their week of hard work.
ABK Soccer Camps are designed to provide maximum touches on the ball to increase skill in ball handling and control. Camp skills include feints, attacking, defending, goalkeeping, passing and receiving. Each camp day players participate in skill activities, games, and scrimmages, as well as soccer specific fitness activities- all while having fun! Campers will need shin guards and long socks (no cleats, please). Soccer Camps are 4 days long and held at Court House Family Fitness.

ABK Basketball Camps are held at our Court House Family Fitness facility. These 4 day camps are built for basketball players, boys and girls ages 6-12, and focus on the basic fundamentals of the game, including footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and rebounding all while having tons of fun! During the summer camps players will also have the opportunity to incorporate their skills into actual game play.

SST: Strength & Speed Training Camp, held at Court House Family Fitness, will give athletes the opportunity to enhance their footspeed as well as agility through various drills using agility ladders, hurdles, cones, and other obstacles. SST Camp will introduce athletes to correct form and technique, that will carry over into the weightroom, and balance exercises to help with injury prevention during sports performance.

Baseball & Softball Camps will be held at our Court House Family Fitness facility. Each day of camp will include hitting, throwing, and fielding. Camp will cover the FUNdamentals by learning to get in a strong, balanced hitting position “on time,” proper throwing techniques, & infield/catching footwork. Campers will also participate in a week long baseball card team building competition & learn the 9 positions by number! Each Wednesday of camp will be a Field Day at US Cellular Fields including a scrimmage, wiffleball game, & flyball practice.

ABK Cheer Camp will be held at Court House Family Fitness in conjunction with the Football Camp. Cheer camps will focus on teaching all the basics of cheerleading: cheers, chants, jumps, & stunts. Cheer Campers will put their new cheers and chants into practice for the Friday Football Scrimmage - including performing sideline chants and cheers and a fun “halftime” performance too!

Football Camp, held at Court House Family Fitness, will provide young athletes the opportunity to develop skills on both sides of the ball in a hands on training environment. Offensive drills will include throwing, pass catching, ball carrying, and route running. Defensively campers will work on skills specific to each defensive position: defensive backs, defensive line, & linebackers. Each day will have a specific focus, either offense or defense, and the week will culminate with a scrimmage day where students will get to put their new skills into actual game play.

Keep your preschooler active this summer with the ABK Sports Sampler. We introduce kids to a variety of sports with an emphasis on values, skill building, positive social behavior, and overall good health. Gross and fine motor skills will be explored daily. Since gymnastics provides a great foundation for all sports we will include gym time each day along with the specific themed sport of the week. We provide four full hours of enriching, educational, preschool fun!
Weekly attendance is strongly encouraged. However, you can pick and choose your weeks of camp based on your schedule. The camp runs Monday, Wedsnesday, Friday from 9am-1pm.

The America’s Best Kids Day Camp is all about fun! Recreational students ages 5-12 will enjoy games, crafts, gymnastics, dance, swimming, outdoor activities and more.* Snacks and drinks will be provided throughout the day. You just need to pack a lunch, swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen daily.
Camp will be following the guidelines provided by the state and county for child care, so rest assured your child’s safety is our top priority. Due to regulations, controlled groups of 10 are being maintained and sign-ups are by the week. You can, however, pick and choose your weeks of care based on your schedule. As guidelines and restrictions change, we will adjust our care accordingly.

DAY CAMP GENERAL INFORMATION
FAQ:*Children need to bring lunches, sunscreen, swimsuits and towels each day. *ABK will provide snack each day.*Lifeguards will be on duty for all swim activities.*Floatation devices are provided.*Recreational campers under 6 years must have a parent on the pool deck during swimming activities. *Campers that do not swim will do other activities or games.*Preschool campers will not swim in the pool but may participate in water games outdoors.*Some activities may be restricted during certain phases of our re-opening. Please inquire with an instructor for specifics.
REGISTRATION & PAYMENT: Annual Membership $30/year for individual $60/year for families. Camp fees will be charged on a weekly basis for all camp attendees via the payment method saved on file. If you wish to make a lump sum payment in advance please contact the ABK front desk.
CANCELLATION:A full refund less 10% processing fee will be granted if cancellation is made 30 days or more before the first day of the camp week, a 25% processing fee will be charged if made 15–29 days prior to the first day of the camp week. No refunds are granted 14 days or less.
RESCHEDULING:Scheduled camp dates may be changed (when space is available) up to 7 days prior to that week’s camps.
