Cleanroom Partition Walls

Nicomac pharmaceutical cleanroomwalls are a composite construction of two skins of high pressure plastic laminate over an aluminum

framework with a sealed and insulated interior. Standard modular clean room panel dimensions are1250 mm (4') wide with an overall length ranging from 3 to 4,2 mt (10 to 14). Standard panels havean overall thickness of 45 mm (1 3/4"). The assembly is self-supporting. Additional wall heights can be

achieved by using a stacking technique. The self-supporting, insulated walls are assembled with an

interior aluminum framework. The panel seams are sealed by silicone with a perfectly flush finishing.

(UPVC welded seams are also available). Insulation materials are sandwiched between the two skinlayers and sealed from the exterior by the aluminum framework. There is a selection list of materials

for insulation and wall skins according different needs in cleanroom construction. The Nicomac unique

standard wall skin is an anti-scratch high-pressure laminate (impregnated with a special phenolic resinto be fire resistant). The high-pressure laminate can be easily milled to allow flush mounting of all

covings and accessories and guarantees compliance with cGMP rules for room cleaning. The wall

system is flexible thus allowing easy cleanroom installation and accepts changes to design in the fieldand can be reconfigured for use in other locations.Upvc coated and metal powder coated metal panels

are also available.

Nicomac cleanroom doors can be configured assingle/double swing-out or as horizontal sliding either manual, automatic or semiautomatic. Nicomac

Pharmaceutical door panels are assembled with the same panels of the wall system. Swing out doors

are designed to fit flush with both sides of the wall panel system and are supplied in several

dimensions. The internal framework is constructed of welded extruded aluminum profiles. Theexternal frames are manufactured with rounded anodized or epoxy coated aluminum profiles with air

tight dual gaskets. All fasteners for the hinges and latches can be recessed into the door frame.

Standard hinges allow doors to swing 180 degrees from full open to full closed position.

Nicomac pharmaceutical clean room doors are available also with interfacing profile for a flush and

easy installation on existing walls.

Clean Room Ceilings Walk On & Standard

Suspended False Ceilings

Nicomac T grid type

Our unique T-grid walks on clean room suspended ceilings consist of a load-bearing structure made of

aluminum suitable to support ceiling panels, lights and filter units. The T-grid is supported by threadedtension bars with adjustable turnbuckles that are fastened to the overhead support at 4 intervals. There

is a selection of two standard panel sizes: 2' x 2' (605 x 605 mm) or 2' x 4' (605 x 1210 mm).

Tiles for our clean room ceilings can be designed to be flush to the grid. Depending on the type of tile

used the entire ceiling system can be certified as walk on (single load of 160 Kg (352 Lb) in a square

meter of false ceiling and situated in the most unfavorable static position).

Our pharmaceutical T grid false ceilings can be used when ceiling maintenance is provided for the

room and walk on ceilings are not necessary. Dedicated less expensive pharmaceutical grade tiles areused in this case.

This is a hermetic false suspended ceiling. Flexible and easy to assemble, it can be installed before orafter wall location. This kind of false ceiling is made by means of polystyrene or polyurethane panels

sandwiched between two layers of aluminum plates. Both sides are pre-painted with epoxy powder

coating. All sides are closed by aluminum frame. The result is a perfectly smooth and coplanar surfacethat is very easy to clean. The bearing aluminum profile is housed by clicking-in between panels.

There is a threaded tension bar, with an adjustment ring, to be fastened to the existing ceiling.

Filter, light and other filter accessories can be accessed from the top of the clean room ceiling. Holes

for filters, light and utilities are prepared at our site with HI tech Numeric Control Pantograph.

Cleanroom Windows

All window units for the Nicomacmodular cleanroom system are double glazed, and fit flush with both surfaces of the wall panel system

(45mm). Each unit is constructed of two panels of 3+3 mm double layered and laminated safety glass.

Each panel includes a layer of PVB (polyvinyl butyral) film laminated between two layers of glass. The

two panels sit within a structured framework, and air fills the space between the two panels.

The window system is especially designed for the cleaning needs of the pharmaceutical cleanroom. It iscompletely silicone sealed, and includes a micro-perforation profile with an integral silica gel moisture

absorption system, designed to eliminate fogging. Rounded corners add to the strength of the

cleanroom window unit and enhance their appearance.

Tempered glass (6mm) in place of the laminated glass is available upon request.

Nicomac windows can be installed in existing clean rooms.
