Case SPTrans – Payment, Monitoring and Tracking
The application takes care of tracking and monitoring the bus fleet in Sao Paulo City, providing to the end user of public transport all information about the estimated time of bus arrivals in the main corridors of Sao Paulo
The solution is also responsible for monitoring the fleet conservation status and greetings contractual rules between the concessionaires and SP TRANS, which requires bus lines at predetermined times to better serve the population, avoiding exaggerated waits and super capacity on buses
The solution also seeks to integrate the transmission of the use of Bilhete Único to the center of SP TRANS and the payment information carried on the bus turnstiles in real time
